  • You can add the pulp left in your bag to cakes, cookies, smoothies, etc.

  • For almond and coconut pulp, you can make almond meal/flour and coconut flour by putting on the pulp on a cookie sheet, baking at the lowest heat in the oven 3-4 hrs., and then putting in the blender to make it finer.

  • Your milk will keep in the fridge for about 3 days

  • You can freeze your milk for about 3 months

  • You can make milk from any good raw nut or see butter, too. Use 1/2 cup butter to 2/3 cup water. No soaking, no straining needed.

  • You can also make milk from rice, quinoa, oats, and even bananas. These are much cheaper, too.

  • Don’t use plastic for soaking (phytic acid)

  • Label & date

  • Toss floating nuts (sign its gone bad)

  • Bottle brush works nicely for cleaning blender, as well as milk bottle

  • Use your milk bag with seams outside for easier cleaning
