Hemp Milk
1 cup shelled hemp seeds
4 cups warm water
Optional flavoring (vanilla, honey, soaked dates, etc.)
Rinse hemp seeds.
Combine seeds and 1 cup of water.
Add the rest of the water.
Blend again.
It’s not necessary to strain, but if you prefer your milk really, really smooth, go ahead and strain it.
Note: Sunlight will destroy the oils’ benefits and make the seeds rancid.
